I had an amazing time shopping at universal. I was looking for dresses for a wedding and was assisted by an amazing girl who gave me many options and complements! It was the easiest experience i’ve had shopping and would definitely come back. I didn’t get her name but she had gorgeous brown curly hair. Thank you to her!

The people at Universal were so amazing! I went there on Friday around 1 and everyone was so lovely and so bubbly! The girl that was at the counter was so sweet and I regret not getting her name to leave her a nice review. Amazing customer service from her and from all. Thank you guys!
